Terms Content 1~Payment

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / Solo / Switch).

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the internet.
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds have cleared in full.

VAT
All orders will initially be calculated to include VAT at 17.5% which is the current rate in the UK. However this VAT will be deducted during the processing of the order where applicable.

For example:

• All orders outside of the EU are exempt from VAT.

• All orders in Europe excluding the UK can be exempted from VAT provided we are supplied with a valid VAT number.

Shipping & Handling

Items are despatched using a recognised carrier eg. TNT Express, Interlink etc. Charges are calculated by the weight of the shipment and reflect the best rates available at this time.For export orders we look for the best possible rate at the time of receipt of order. Charges will vary depending on weight and destination country.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Great British Pounds (£). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result,  reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Your order will be sent to you in 7-14 days. (Please note that the Sierra Heaters are made to order and between May and September delivery can be up to 21 days) International orders will be sent to you in 14-21 days.

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

Your information provided to us during the ordering process is protected by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.

Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 3 month warranty but this can be easily extended to 12 months by completion of the product registration card accompanying each item. If your product is received in an unsatisfactory condition please contact our returns department and arrangements will be made to replace or refund the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

Cancellations
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge so long as you do so within 7 working days starting the day after receipt of goods. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation. Goods may be on their way to you. We will cancel any such order without charging you, with the exception that we reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary. In the event of cancellation we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days of cancellation.

The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: The Sierra 'deluxe' heaters are made to order and unfortunately any heaters that are customised cannot be cancelled after delivery of goods. Should you wish to cancel your order before delivery, a handling fee of 15% of the order may be chargeable if production of your order has commenced.~~~412~568~~
